Interesting information and insights on the market and Knight Frank’s latest edition of The Wealth Report 2015, which tracks the growing super-rich population around the world, were shared at the special event, “SCB PRIVATE BANKING & KNIGHT FRANK THAILAND: the Wealth Report 2015 & Luxury Property Investment” discussion held exclusively for SCB PRIVATE BANKING and KNIGHT FRANK THAILAND customers at the British Embassy. Participants were also invited to join the exclusive trip to visit London’s luxury property market in London later this year.

In the latest edition (2014), Asia is the No. 1. This report forecasts that in the next 10 years, the number of UHNWIs in Asia will climb by 34% to a total of almost 231,000, overtaking North America. Vietnam will enjoy the highest growth rate of 159%.”

Looking at the property market, property price in Europe slightly declined by 0.4% on average in the past year while that in the US increased.
