Sena Hankyu Co., Ltd. joined with Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to launch a new luxury condominium project called PITI EKKAMAI. The project aims to provide good residential spaces that reflect the best value in the area. The concept follows the “IKIGAI” way of thinking from Japan, which focuses on bringing happiness and joy to residents in every instance. This includes the largest common space in Ekamai as well as special services akin to those of a hotel such as a personal secretary, a drop off and pick up car service, welcome staff in the middle of the night, a parking system that indicates vacant spots with a light, and more.
