TCC Land Asset World Co, the developer of Asiatique, Gateway Ekamai, Centrepoint of Siam Square, Pantip Plaza, and Box Space, has allocated investment for the new concept’s design of its new retail brand as well as an expansion of other existing brands. In the five year investment plan TCC will develop at least five of the new concept’s designed project, where the first is expected to begin next year. Asiatique is to be expanded to regional cities, such as Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Pattaya, Phuket and Koh Samui, on top of the second phase of Asiatique on Charoen Krung Road in Bangkok. At least three of Box Space malls are to be opened in the future, where the first is scheduled next year in Ratchayothin area. We will also see two new Gateway malls opened in Bangkok.
