After a positive presale of the launch of Whizdom Connect Sukhumvit, the first condominium tower of the project with 600 units, the executive vice president of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) has revealed a plan to develop a mixed use project called Whizdom 101 on Sukhumvit Soi 101. The total area of the project wil cover 340,000 square metres of space, comprising of 20,000sqm for retail, 30,000sqm for offices, 10,000sqm for a sports and wellness club and the rest for condominium units. The target group is the young buyers from both Thailand and overseas.
