According to Mr Wittakan Chantawimon, a deputy managing marketing director of AP (Thailand) PCL, the demand for condominiums along the mass transit remains positive even though there is a slow down in the economy, which reflects that a real demand still exists. The statement is based on a positive response on the opening day to recent condominium projects near the mass transit system including Rhythm Rangnam, Noble BE33, and other projects under management of AP (Thailand) PCL.
AP (Thailand) PCL plans to launch addition four condominium projects closed to the mass transit system in the second half of this year, including Aspire Sathorn Taksin (Phase 3), Life Pinklao, Life Sukhumvit 48 and another location which is still under the sales negotiation.
