Central Pattana PLC (CPN) has announced its plan to develop 9 condominiums over the next 5 years, all in locations where their shopping malls are. The project in Chiang Mai is the first to launch and scheduled for next month. Following projects are in Pattaya, Khon Kaen, and Rayong which the construction phase has already started and will complete in 2017. The company expects the sales of the condominium projects to make up to 5 per cent of revenue in 2018.
