The recent land appraisal by the Treasury Department in Bangkok for 2016-2019 revealed that prices are estimated to rise by 15.8% on average compared with the appraisal in 2012-2015. Land plots along new mass transit lines show the highest increase of 75% on average. However these prices may still be 30% lower than the actual market prices
