Recently, “Niche Pride Taopoon-Interchange” was officially launched as a new luxury condominium project next to 2 mass transit train stations. It marks the first condominium of its kind in Thailand, offering over 30 floors of common spaces under the concept of “7 Villages Facility”. Every other floor boasts common areas such as: Sky Lounge, Mini Theater, Co-Working space, Kids Club, Party Room, Yoga Room, Recreation Games Room, and Executive Meeting Room. Main spaces include Sky Fitness and the Sky Infinity Edge saltwater swimming pool that is 50 metres long.
In addition, the design features the Japanese concept of GEO Fit +, which revolutionalises space functionality and makes use of every square inch in each unit. A collaboration between SENA Development PCL and Hankyu Realty, the project has engaged Knight Frank Thailand as its sales and marketing agent. Pre-sales unit prices begin at 3.2 million baht.
