New Road Soon To Be Ready For Public Use

A new road, Phahol Yothin-Rattanakosinsomphot, is set to be opened for a public use this October after 5 years of construction. It is going to be a 6-5 lanes beginning from Phahol Yothin Soi 50, passing Klong Lam Pak Chee, Sinsap Nakorn Village, Thepnakornniwet Village, Klong Lam Nong Jog, Klong Ka Shed, then reaching to Anandsuksan Village and going over Khlong Bua, and ending at Rattanakosinsomphot Road Kilometre 11. The new road aims to improve the transportation to the east of Bangkok.

In addition, this August Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is expected to sign an agreement on a construction for a new road, Krungthep Kritha- Romklao, with a distance of 16 kilometres which also aims to relieve the traffic problem in the eastern zone of Bangkok. The Krungthep Kritha- Romklao road is expected to complete in 2019. The route will begin from Srinagarin Road and go pass Klong Huamak, Khlong Sumlee, Khlong Watmai, Motorway Number 9, which end at Romklao Road.
