CP Land PLC has opened its first provincial office building in Pisanulok as part of it eight province commercial expansion plan which was announced earlier this year.
The plan includes office buildings in:
- Chiang Mai
- Udon Thani (6 stories – 6,888 sqm lettable)
- Khon Khan (6 stories – 4,364 sqm lettable)
- Korat (6 stories – 7,300 sqm lettable)
- Surat Thani (6 stories – 6,941 sqm lettable)
- Nakhonsi Thammarat (6 stories – 6,755 sqm lettable) and,
- Hat Yai (6 stories – 6,661 sqm lettable).
The Pisanulok CP Tower is a 7-story office building with lettable space of 6,884 sqm. It is located on Pichai Songkram Road in Central Pisanulok. The asking rental rate is around 38-500 Baht/sqm/month and should be considered as a Grade A office space.
Currently the occupancy is at 30% and by the end of this year it is expected to be at around 50%.
